He’s wonderfully sociable, enjoying the company of both humans and other dogs alike. Though not tested with cats, his gentle temperament suggests he might do well with feline friends too.
Joseph is already well-mannered in many ways that matter—he walks nicely on a lead and travels well in the car. His calm, steady presence would make him a wonderful companion for quiet walks and cozy evenings at home.
At a comfortable 16 kg, this medium-sized boy is the perfect size—not too big, not too small—just right for cuddles on the couch or adventures in the great outdoors.
Joseph‘s Story
Joseph was found wandering the streets alone before coming into our care. During his health checks, we discovered he needed kidney surgery, which he’s now recovered from nicely.
He takes daily medication to support his kidney health, but this is simply part of his routine and doesn’t affect his happiness or energy levels. Joseph enjoys life to the fullest and brings joy to everyone around him.
This sweet boy is looking for someone who sees beyond his medical needs to the loving, gentle companion he truly is. With his calm nature and affectionate personality, Joseph would make a lovely addition to any family.
