About Junior

Junior is a loving boy who’s discovering what life can be like when you’re treated with kindness. This sweet boy loves going on walks, does well on lead, and absolutely adores cuddles, butt scrubs, and attention—after everything he’s been through, he deserves all of it.

He’s currently sharing his kennel with a female dog, but he’s been reactive to some male dogs, so he’d be best rehomed either as your only dog or with a calm female companion.

Junior might need a little training and patience to help him adjust to home life, but he’s ready to leave his difficult past behind and become the devoted companion he was always meant to be.

Junior‘s Story

Junior spent nearly all his life on a chain in a small, dirty enclosure next to his father, who was also chained. He entered the shelter in June 2025 and is ready for a fresh start.
