Ava is a beautiful girl with lots of energy and enthusiasm. This friendly young dog is great with other dogs and very friendly with people, bringing that wonderful outgoing nature wherever she goes.

Ava needs to learn to walk on lead nicely, so she’s looking for someone ready to invest in training. She needs a secure garden where she can burn off energy and daily walks to keep her happy and engaged. With consistent practice, this smart girl will learn quickly.

What Ava can’t live with is cats, so a feline-free home is essential. For an active family ready to channel her energy through training and exercise, Ava will be a devoted, fun-loving companion.

Ava arrived at the shelter in October 2025 after being found on the streets. Despite her rough start, she’s remained friendly and social, ready to find a home where she can thrive.
