Bartie is a fantastic young dog with a handsome face, distinctive wiry fur, and plenty of playful energy! At just over a year old, this super boy loves to run and play as any healthy young dog should.

He gets along wonderfully with other dogs and could thrive either as an only dog or with canine siblings. Bartie has a balanced temperament—spirited without being overly dominant, making him adaptable to various households.

This medium-sized charmer has already shown excellent manners in different situations. He behaves well during car rides, impressed everyone at the groomers, and walks reasonably well on a lead. With his appreciation for treats, he’ll likely be responsive to training and eager to please.

Bartie‘s Story

Bartie was found as a stray, repeatedly returning to a kind lady’s garden. She contacted CRAPAA, and was welcomed into their care.

Despite his uncertain beginnings, Bartie has shown himself to be resilient and adaptable with a wonderful disposition. For families with cats, we’re happy to conduct a cat test to see how he responds to feline friends.

This super guy is simply waiting for his chance to share his playful spirit and loving heart with a forever family. With his youthful energy and winning personality, Bartie promises to bring joy and companionship to the lucky family who welcomes him home.
