About Ozzie

Ozzie is typical of his breed, a Brittany Spaniel, very friendly with everyone, boisterous and playful, full of energy and needs lots of exercise and work to keep him happy and healthy. Ozzie is mostly social with other dogs and currently lives in the same kennel with a female, he can sometimes greet other males with dominance.

Ozzie has had several “out of shelter” experiences and has proven to be a well behaved dog on the lead in different environments. He is strong though and needs a good arm to hold the leash! Ozzie has been to agility class, around the town, to the café and on group dog walks. He travels fine in a car travel crate.

Ozzie is looking for an active family that will take him on exercise training every day!

Ozzie‘s Story

Ozzie is unusual for a shelter dog in that we have a pedigree certificate and was surrendered to the shelter by a hunter who did not want him!
