Primary Responsibilities: Social Events and Fundraising Initiatives
I’m a Portuguese woman that absolutely loves animals. I met Natalya, the founder of the foundation, when she moved to Portugal, and soon started to volunteer in the association of abandoned animals I was part of. We’ve soon created a big friendship and we realized that we couldn’t only help just one organization, when the reality we saw was all over the country…
About me… Since I was little, I dreamed about being a veterinarian and having a shelter where I could rehabilitate rescued dogs. My big passion is dog behavior, understanding the best way to communicate with them and how to read them, and I look to have more knowledge in this area, so I can help the animals in the best way possible.
I have a special interest in helping fearful dogs with socialization problems and those afraid to trust humans. I have worked in a dog hotel and in a dog daycare, always followed by trainers and a behaviorist to increase my knowledge, and have worked in a veterinary hospital.
With an academic education in Sciences of Communication, and doing my masters degree in Marketing, I will manage the business and public management for MGF.
