Primary Responsibilities: Chair of the Board

Hei, I am Marianne Pytte Merklin and I am happy to be a part the Maureen Gray foundation team. I am from Norway but have lived in a couple of other countries before ending up in Portugal.

My husband and I joined the MGF team shortly after moving to Portugal in the fall of 2024. Working for this foundation fulfills a desire to help animals in getting a better life, in shelters or hopefully in new homes, in addition to help educating and making people aware of animal welfare.

Together we can make a difference.
