About Sage

Sage is a calm, confident and very loving young boy. He has a naturally self assured personality and is comfortable in himself without needing to constantly demand attention.

He is affectionate and enjoys being fussed, but he is equally happy sitting beside you and keeping you company. He has a lovely balance between being connected to his person and being able to relax independently.

Around other dogs, Sage is confident and can be somewhat dominant, though he is never aggressive. He is comfortable asserting himself and seems to have a good understanding of social boundaries. He would be happy living with another dog, and he could also thrive as an only dog.

Sage‘s Story

Sage was rescued in Bosnia with his sister Olive. They are street born siblings and are now in the care of Marijana Paws.

From his interactions with the other dogs, Sage has shown himself to be confident and socially comfortable. He is happy to take the lead when needed, without being confrontational.

He is equally lovely with people. Sage enjoys affection and attention, but he is never demanding. He is perfectly content to settle beside you and enjoy your company.
