About Toby

Toby is a lovely, straightforward dog who’s waiting for someone to see what we all see. He’s the kind of dog who enjoys a good walk, loves a comfy bed to chill out on, appreciates a proper scruff, and gets genuinely excited about dinner time. Simple pleasures, easy company.

He’d prefer to be the only dog in the house, but can be cat tested if you’re seriously interested. Toby has some allergies that are easily managed with the right diet, nothing complicated or expensive, just something to be aware of.

After the rough start he had, Toby deserves a home where he can finally relax and be someone’s special dog. He’s patient, he’s easy, and he’s been ready.

Toby‘s Story

Toby was found in the forest in February 2024 in poor condition with a belly full of bones, meaning he’d been surviving on whatever he could scavenge. After treatment at the vets, he came to CRAPAA where he’s been waiting. Despite everything he went through, he’s remained gentle and trusting. He’s ready for his life to really start.
