About Artie
Artie is a calm, gentle and wonderfully relaxed young boy. He has a slightly more cautious side than some of the other pups, but he is not particularly nervous or overwhelmed. He has a quiet and easygoing personality and seems happy to take things as they come.
Artie is very good with other dogs. Even when another dog is more confident and takes the lead socially, Artie is comfortable with it and does not feel the need to challenge them. He has a naturally balanced temperament and would likely settle well into a home with another dog.
He is a gentle boy who would suit someone looking for a relaxed and affectionate companion. With patience and the chance to experience the world at his own pace, Artie should continue to grow in confidence.
Artie‘s Story
Artie was rescued in Bosnia as one of three street born siblings, together with Rosie and Petal. Their mother was sadly found dead, and the three pups are now in the care of Marijana Paws.
Artie has shown himself to be one of the more relaxed and gentle personalities. He is comfortable around other dogs and does not seem interested in competing for the top position. Even when another dog is more dominant with him, Artie is happy to let them take the lead and get on with enjoying his day.
He can be a little fearful at times, but his shyness is much milder than that of some of the other pups. Once he feels secure, his calm and gentle personality comes through.
Could you be the one to give Artie the calm home where his confidence can grow?
